This policy explains what information Isaac Simple Music ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or contact us about a performance, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately simple: we do not sell personal information, and we only ask for what we need to answer you.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us about a booking, we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include (community name, preferred dates, phone number).
• Basic technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, in order to serve the site securely and detect abuse.
• Site manager accounts. If you are authorised to manage this site, we store your email address and an encrypted login credential.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not ask visitors for health, financial, or other sensitive information.

How we use it

To reply to booking enquiries, arrange and deliver performances, keep the site secure and working, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or targeted advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run this site and our email (hosting, database and email delivery), and only as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law. We never sell or rent personal information.

Embedded media

Some pages embed players from third parties such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music and Audiomack. When a player loads, that provider may set its own cookies and see your IP address under its own privacy policy. See our Cookie Notice for more.

Keeping information

Booking correspondence is kept while it is useful for our working relationship and any legal or accounting requirement, then deleted. Site manager accounts are removed when access is no longer needed.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Content and media are stored with access controls so only authorised site managers can add or change them, and uploaded media is served through expiring links. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to certain uses. To make a request, email bookings@isaacsimple.org. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for asking.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
